The Custom Process

Send us photos or a sketch of what you would like. Tell us the 3 or 4 most important elements to feature in your design as well as the wording to be used.

Our artists will produce your design from the information provided. Once complete, we will send you the artist rendering for approval. Please allow 30-60 days for the design.

When the art for a multi-layer ornament is sent for your approval, we will include images of a paper model of your design, so you can clearly see the different layers.

After your approval of the art, the ornament will be produced. Please allow a minimum of 75 days after art approval for the product to ship F.O.B. Blaine, WA.
